How to Use Spirulina for Extreme Hair Growth

1. Diy Hair Growth Tonic/ Spray

When it comes to growing hair, i find using Hair tonic every day or every other very helpful and it actually helps to see those results that we are love to see on your hair growth journey.

So, let’s prepare our own version of Mermaid Hair Growth Tonic

Ingredients You’ll Need:

Spirulina Powder: Start with 1/2 teaspoon (adjust based on your hair length).

• Rosemary Leaves: A sprig of fresh rosemary (or a teaspoon of dried rosemary).

Peppermint Oil: 5-6 drops (because minty freshness is essential).

Moringa Powder: ½ teaspoon (for an extra boost of nutrients).

• Water ( Filtered): 1 cup ( or 250ml ) (warm or hot—your choice).

It should last you for 10 days at least, i like to store it in fridge. Hack: If you want to make for more days then double down on the ingredients, store the remaining tonic in to the freezer, defrost it after you complete your current batch.

Method

1. Heat the water in a saucepan, and bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat.

2. Add in the listed ingredients, Spirulina powder, rosemary and moringa powder. Let these simmer in low heat for 10 minutes. Keep the lid closed for more potent tonic.

3. After 10 minutes turn off the heat and let it cool down, and then add the 5 – 6 drops of peppermint essential oil.

Bottle Your Potion:

Pour your hair growth tonic into a glass bottle. Label it “Mermaid Hair Elixir” (because why not?).

How to Apply: Okay, if you seriously want to grow some hair, you need to use it every single day. Apply it to your scalp and bald spots, massage it in properly ( very important) and let it air dry. No need to wash it the next morning.
