Just this shift in thought and mindset that what’s gone is gone, I’ll grow it again and much stronger and better and you’ll literally see that your hair is growing. Trust is the key in life.

2. Minimize Washing Hair Days

Keep it 2x a week. But, If you have oily scalp try to aim for 3x a week. Reason being when we are experiencing hair fall issue, it already means that the hair is now at it’s weakest state. Wet hair is more prone to hair loss and hair fall. Did you ever notice that you end up losing a lot of hair in wash days than regular days? So, if you are already following this tip well and good. But, if you are not then we have to careful now, right?

2. I recommend using half the amount in a spray bottle and finish it in 15 days. You can freeze the other half and defrost it, by this you have saved time and you will be consistent.
